What We'll Do
Lydia Linker Fitness is devoted to helping you reach your goals.
The most common goal is to lose weight, but you won’t just lose weight. We will help you lose body fat, increase muscle mass, and basically change your shape to a body that makes you feel comfortable, happy, full of life and energy, confident, powerful, and hot and sexy.
We’ll track your progress through body fat testing and body measurements. We’ll discuss nutrition and talk about what to eat, how to eat, and when to eat in order to optimize your body shape and composition. And finally we’ll design workouts that you enjoy to make it easier for you to integrate them into your lifestyle.
Here’s the vast array of exercises and styles we can use and explore: functional training, balance work, boxing and kickboxing, TRX, kettlebells, dance and pilates-based workouts, and plyometrics and calisthenics. Working out hard also requires that we allow our bodies to rest and heal. For those times we can work in a more relaxed and meditative vein with stretching, assisted stretching, and tai chi.
